Part of the original Taekwon-Do association in this country (the UKTA), Taekwon-Do has been taught in Abingdon for approximately 25 years.

As part of Oxfordshire's close-knit UKTA network, many of our members have gone on to gain black belt qualification, train under leading experts within the organisation, and win countless medals at both regional and national competition level.

Our commitment is to provide serious, effective and fully qualified training to help you achieve your true potential.

Tournament success
Well done to Michelle Connor who won the GOLD medal in sparring at the recent UK Championships.

Promotions
Congratulations to Mr Darren Brinham on his promotion to 1st Degree Black Belt under Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha on Sept 5th. Also congratulations to Stuart & Felicity Miles on their promotions to 1st & 4th Kup respectively at the recent Area Grading with Senior Master Cutler. Well done all.

4 Nations Dinner Dance & UKTA awards ceremony
After the success of the 2007 Four Nations Dinner Dance the UKTA have decided to include an award ceremony in the yearly calendar of Events. This will take place on Saturday Nov 22nd as part of the Four Nations Dinner Dance with various awards being presented by our First Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha, and UKTA Masters.: The venue is Bryn Meadows, Maesycwmmer, Caerphilly, South Wales, CF82 7SN – see Mr Pattinson for full details if you are interested.
